Description
It can be used as a cold diffuser for temperature preservation during transportation or storage in containers and fridges. Available in GN size. Made from high quality and food contact safe HDPE. The plates allow to keep the foods in required temperatures for up to 3 hours.
Before using, please position the Eutectic plate horizontally in the freezer for a minimum of 24 hours before use and at a temperature lower than at least 6°C compared to that marked on the plate cap. For optimum performance, please ensure that the liquid inside the plate is completely solid. Please note that the eutectic plates are not dishwasher safe.
